About the Role

The Summer Programs Director works December-August developing, implementing, and overseeing all summer programs, working remote December-June and onsite June-July (housing provided). The SPD is tasked with maintaining operational efficiencies, overseeing all staffing roles, managing youth camps funds (including scholarships), and directing the day-to-day life of camps. This role averages 15-20 hours/week of remote work January-June, followed by onsite work Sunday-Friday during actual camp programs.

Requirements

  • Must be a college graduate or 22 years of age

  • Must have at least two years of camp leadership experience

  • Must pass an interview process, reference checks, and background check

  • Must have reliable internet access, functioning laptop computer, working vehicle and clean driving record

  •  Must be onsite throughout June and July program dates, and have open availability in April/May for 1 weekend

  • All paid staff must review and agree to our statement of faith and code of conduct.
